I will not be a victim of oppression  
Fall into depression .
All because the color of my skin is a darker pigment so you don't listen put me on mute and dispute my life. 
All because your white so they say your futures promised to be bright.
But your wrong very much incorrect to expect me to be anything less, cause I can be just like you maybe even better not even maybe I can and I will.
All because I was a victim of suppression 
Who fell into depression.
All because the color of my skin is a darker pigment and I was the only one that listened took myself off mute and stopped the dispute on my life.
All because I wasn't white and i proved them wrong and made my future bright. 
They were wrong very incorrect to expect me to be anything less.
Cause I wasn't just like you I was even better not a maybe all because I said "I can and I will".
