The Philippine government just released the transcript of Fake President's (FP) phone conversation with President Rodrigo Duterte. FP called to tell him what a great job he was doing, killing thousands of his people via vigilante justice. But that's not the crazy part. FP went on to tell him, in some sort of demented stream of consciousness rant, the location of two of our nuclear submarines. WHY in the world would he tell this Filipino killer the location of our subs? 

It is now beyond certain that FP has serious mental problems. He blurts out top secret intel to foreign government officials as a matter of routine. Sort of like he has some form of national intelligence Tourettes.

Seriously Congress, what more do you have to see this sick, sick man do and say before you take action to remove him from control of our nuclear arsenal?

His telling the Russians Word Coded intel, now this. What else has he spilled and to whom?

I say with "complete surety" that FP will eventually resign in an attempt to avoid jail time, but we can't afford to take any more risk with his treasonous dementia.

Congress, do the right thing for a change, please.
