He felt so hollow. He told me that he does everything in his power to keep his spirits up & remind himself that things will be better tomorrow, but he still feels uneasy when he's seeking to feel mellow. He tells me that he feels unimportant and useless.
And just like everyone else in this world, he has dreams that he's itching to follow, but he feels as though he lacks the self-confidence to do it. There are so many people who love him but he doesn't love himself. He's so strong yet so insecure, so I always remind him that even Superman sometimes needs help. We all do & that includes me too. I know how he feels & what he's going through. The storm might take a while to pass, but until then we'll keep this boat afloat. I told him that we'll get through it together & he said I gave him a little hope. He doesn't want to live a life that will cause him to ponder his worth or purpose here on Earth, any longer. He said he wants to work on figuring out who he is, what he wants to shape his life to be like & find his purpose. It's important to remember that life will always have its trials & tribulations, but never give up because the only thing that is guaranteed in this life, is that YOU CAN & WILL MAKE IT.
