Laughing,what would my life be like without laughter?
I don't know and I wouldn't want to know. 
They say people have laughed them selves back into good health after being very sick.
Usually when I meet someone with no sense of humor, I do not care to meet that person again. 
My dad has called me on the phone to tell me a joke, but he was laughing so hard from the joke he couldn't finish it.
Please don't exclude laughter from your life.
On this note, I'll end this with one of my dads favorites. 
A horse walks into a bar and the bartender says, why the long face.
