My breathing is calm.

Everything around me is still. It's just me...

And her.

My hands on the steering wheel. Look straight ahead of us. One straight road leading us to god know where.

The moutians are covered in oranges, reds, browns, yellows. The desert we are in is just melting beauty. A beautifully painted sun set lies in front of us. Yes it may make it hard to see the road ahead, but I could care less. The sky melting with the land scape in front of me is just memorizing. All I can do is keep looking ahead. 

A hand reaches to the gearshift where my other hand now laid. Rapping their chubby fingers with my slim ones. Holding them tight. Reassuring at most. 

This is all I could ever want.

I look to the side of me. The road still a straight line. To look at the REAL portrait in front of me. Her beautiful brown eyes shinning in last rays of the sun. Her brown locks falling to the side of her face down to her shoulders. Her small dimple barely visible, only takes an very tender eye to notice it. 

"You like what you see Harmony?" She says with a smirk on her face. Making her dimple more noticeable. It just makes me want to poke it with my finger.

I look at the road one more time before pulling over.

"You want the truth Melody?" I say to her looking straight into her eyes.

She looks surprised. Her shinning eyes go wide. A blush creeping onto her pale face. Shining out all of her light freckles.

"The truth is Melody. That you are so much prettier than the rest of this world. Even at sights like this-" I say pointing my fingers out to the view to the side of me. "Sights like this could never compare to your own beauty. May it be inside or out. I can't get over it. Melody-" I creep my face close to hers. "You are so amazing, creative, beautiful. I could go on for hell knows how long about you." Our faces meraly inches apart.

"Just fucking kiss me already." She said grabbing my jaw lightly and pushed her face to mine. Lighting shocked my lips. My tummy a storm of butterflies. My world just stopped. Everything around me. Is gone. It's just me.
