I woke up blindfolded, chained to a wall. I couldn't tell very well but it felt like I was underground.

"Well, well, well. It looks like you're finally awake." A man said.

"Where am I?" I asked.

"Hahahaha! Do you really think I'm gonna tell you? How stupid do you think I am?"

"Oh well worth a try." I sighed. "What do you want with me?"

"You'll figure it out soon enough. In the meantime, enjoy some alone time." He said. He started cackling then he walked, away I could hear the echo of his footsteps.

As soon as I was sure he was gone I slipped out some lockpicks that I kept in my sleeves. I felt my way to the lock on the handcuffs and unlocked them. As soon as I got my hands free I tore my blindfold off.

The first thing I noticed was that it was dark in there. The second thing was that there was a door on the opposite side of the room. The third thing I noticed was that there was a man and a woman leaning against the wall on either side of the door.

I jumped up and got ready to fight.

"No need child we're not gonna hurt you." It took me a couple seconds to realize it was the same man I had heard before.

"What do you want with me?" I asked again.

"I think you misunderstand. This is a test."

"What test?"

"Knowing what test it is is part of the test." He smiled, then both he and the girl disappeared.

I went to the door. The other side looked like it was a maze. I ran to the first split. I took the right fork. I was in the maze so long I forget how the maze went.

I must have gone through a hundred different obstacles. Eventually I got to the end. I opened up the final door and breathed in the fresh air.

The man amd the woman from earlier appeared right in front of me.

"You passed. Good job." It was the woman who spoke this time. "Please come with us and we'll tell you what this was all about."
