I had no idea Carter was such a lunatic. He attached anti-grav spheres under the base, raising it out of the water. Total starfish notified: 180. He then attached 85 high power explosives around the base and shouted warning through a megaphone to back away. Total starfish notified: 305. He then activated the explosives and flew down in a helicopter picking me up. Total starfish notified: 7008. 

 "Thanks Carter and Eddie." I said.
 "Thank Paul for the explosives." Carter said.
 " But wait, " I started. "Where did you get the anti grav, megaphone and helicopter?"
 "That, " the doors to the cockpit opened, "would be me."

 I stared blankly at the new figure joining our little rebellion.
 "Who in the world are you?"
