It was the first snowfall of the year. But it wasn't normal snow. It was black as the night, never in my life had I seen something so dark. It blanketed everything with it's darkness. Something was wrong. I was standing on the front porch enjoying the cold air when it started to fall. At first it seemed like normal snow but then the sky darkened and the small flakes followed suit. Snow started to fall faster swirling around me as I looked to the sky. A dark mass had appeared there seemingly out of nowhere. Then a blindingly white light shone onto me and that's when I blacked out. I now wander the world of my dreams looking for a way back home. I don't know where I am or where I am going but I will find my way back home. I must return home. I can not bear this much longer.
