Jogging jogging through the trees, When you sprint and then fall to your knees, You can barely get up again once I've got over the fall, You can barely stand up so tall, tall, tall, When you start off at a sprint and end in a walk, When the wind pushes you back and you give up and turn to your friend to talk, When your hair whips your face and you fight it all away, And your heart starts thumping faster than any time throughout the day, When you finally get there and huff, huff, huff, You stand for a moment and puff, puff, puff, When you turn around and head back that way, At the very close end, close end to the day, My heartrate slows down an do settle into a pace, And my hair stops trying to whip my cold face, When the wind helps you out, by pushing you forwards on your run, And suddenly your feet don't seem to weigh a ton, You see your friend and you nod as you pass, When you keep up a run and sprint by a young lass, You stay strong and tall, as light as a feather, You stumble but do not fall as you take on the heather, When you fall again but embrace it and get straight back up to keep on going, You are finally sprinting through the trees and knowing, knowing, knowing.
