The smell of fresh cut grass permeated throught the lawn. I was getting grass stains on my pants but I didn't care. I could've lied there all day. The smell of the grass was so soothing and there was a slight breeze which kept the temperature just right. Sitting on the top of a small hill I could see a multitude of brightly colored spring flowers. I was so comfortable I fell asleep.

When I woke up the sky was dark. It was midnight. A full moon shown brightly up in the sky. A howl of the wolf rang clear somewhere in the distance. It took me a couple seconds to realize that I was in a different place than when I fell asleep. I hopped up to my feet and looked around. I was in a forest, it looked familiar but I wasn't quite sure. The wolf howled again much closer this time. I shivered, it was getting quite cold out there. The wolf howled a third time right behind me. I wirl around but I don't see anything.

Then I feel a sharp pain in my neck. "Hehehe, don't worry you'll understand with time child. You are mine now." I could hear a soft almost musical voice say.

I faint almost instantly.

                               ...

I woke up back on the lawn not more than five minutes after I fell asleep the first time. I get up and rub the back of my neck in confusion.

There were bite marks on my skin.
