I was dusting some old furniture in my grandmother's attic when I found it. An old diary. I don't know how long it's been sitting there, I had never heard of my grandmother having a diary and I knew pretty much everything about her.

I cracked open the diary and started to read the first entry. It was written by a young girl, she seemed to be hiding from something but she was to scared to say what.

"It was a monster" said a girls voice "and it will come for you too, come for you and kill you."

I turned to see a shadowy form of a young girl. She laughed and as she did she turned into a mounstrous beast. It lunged for me. The last thing I felt was its jaws closing around my throat.
