Stephen lowered his head at the mention of his wife. Sophie almost felt sorry for him, but the crime he had suggestedly committed ruined her pity.

Stephen Roll had stolen a body; not just any body- Eliza Vere's corpse had gone missing, recovered in Stephen's white van. Stephen had no words, just a horrified look in his eyes that would not go away. Sophie wanted to help him, but enough time had been wasted trying to get the man to speak, let alone to get him to fight for his clean conscience.

"Stephen Robert Roll, you have been arrested on suspicion of stealing the body of the mayoress. You have failed to give me any reason but to tell the police that you are guilty and will not be returning to your hometown until three and a half years of prison has been served, along with community service. Guards will escort you to your new cell," Sophie sat down and attached the man leave. He had been questioned on everything that could have motivated him, backed his clean conscience, even just to say something. All hope was lost.

Sophie couldn't sleep that night. She knew that he was innocent, yet how? All of the evidence pointed towards him, but it also pointed away from him. Two layers of icing that didn't taste nice together. Eventually, the power of sleep overcame her and Sophie sank into a deep slumber.

The next morning took the breath out of her. Stephen Roll had awoken with a fighting spirit inside of him, demanding to see 'Sophie, the judge'. Sophie had rushed towards the prisons. She gave Stephen a look, before sitting down and asking him the questions she had got no answers to the previous day.

"Stephen, why would you take her body?" Sophie inquired, watching Stephen's every move.

Stephen shook his head, "I wouldn't!" he groaned, "Nothing has been the same since... the murder. Why would I steal the Mayoress? Alive or dead?"

Sophie raised an eyebrow, "Your wife was murdered?"

"No! At least, I don't think so. My brother was, though, by a man who... was due to get out of prison a few weeks ago!" Stephen cried, turning to Sophie, "Surely you'll help me? You know I'm innocent, and what's worse than being killed? Prison? Torture? That would be what the man wants!"

Sophie shook her head. Her head was muddled... murder, going undercover ? Again? She couldn't get sacked like her last Agent dealing. But her job wasn't about sitting back and letting innocent people get the wrath of the dishonest!

"Deal."
