Like a moth to a flame, I am drawn to you / The darkness, the quiet the comfort / Although you bring me so much pain, it is where I know myself best / The trauma, the heartache, the memories / But I can’t be held hostage any longer / My mind is a home I’m trapped in / I lit the match, breathed in the smell of sulfur like it was a rose / I poured the gasoline / I set fire to my memories
