I opened my eyes excepting darkness but instead I found light.The walls were a light blue. On the bedside table was my blindfold ,the blindfold that they made me wear. On the right side of the room was a  flat screen tv and a L-shaped couch. It was a brown leather couch. It seemed so familiar somehow. A pile of blankets shifted and fell off of the couch and rose. It didn't take me long to realize that it was a person. A door shut and someone coughed by eyes flew to the door. A man about six-foot,with long brown hair that flopped over his eyes,stood in the doorway. He was wearing  ripped pants and a white shirt covered in blood. "Don't be alarmed. I'm here to see if you remember anything about your past. Do you?" The man was handsome I'll give him that but he had a raspy voice. I tried to remember but I couldn't. I shook my head. " Oh. I see. It's probably because of how long you were gone for. You do know that you were gone for five years?" Five years? Was it really that long? It couldn't be. Someone would've found me before then  ,this can't be possible.
