Sub Category : Horror
Falling, falling, falling into darkness. Both, good and evil. Coming together to stop this whole town from hurting another innocent soul. My little bubby man. The future of man kind. How can that be? He's an innocent, because of his autism, his soul can't be tainted?
It's midnight of the final witching day. The whole town is at the central park, celebrating another year. The one hundreth year. How convenient! I thought strolling past everyone. All I have to do is touch them.
As I walked through town the people dropped dead instantly. My revenge almost seemed anticlimatic. Until I saw my little boy sitting on the lap of the man who destroyed my life. He was talking to him like they were best friends. I walked up and tapped my boy on the shoulder.
He turned, and with a big smile on his face, gave me a big hug," I know you wasn't dead," he said.
I hugged him tight. Eyeing the murderous bastard. Moving my son behind me, I grabbed his arm. He screamed in agony as the darkness spread through his body.
He fell to the ground. He looked like a burnt pile of wood. I looked around the park. Dead burnt bodies we're scattered all over the ground.
Me and my boy walked home in the pale moon light. Even though it was dark out here. I had no problem seeing where we were going.
When we got up to the driveway of our house, the homeless man, was waiting for me. The darkness in his eyes shot chills down my spine.
" You got what you wanted?" He asked.
I move my son behind me," You said there'd be no catch"
He grinned as he walked past us," This is just the beginning," and walked into the darkness and vanished.

I hope this chapter was good. Chapter 2 will be coming soon
