Keeps me safe
Holds me steady
When I am weak

Away from prying eyes
Lying lips
Hurtful hands
Wounding words

I do not go often
Just when I need a break
A moment to breathe
A calm in my storm

I sit in peace
Reflect
Learn
Grow
