dances inside my head
as dreams of life and death
play out
the summer moon rises high
dispels darkness away
within its light
I know my wrongs
my rights
the summer moon
dances in my head
I quietly move to show respect
I lay in shadows to sleep
till dawn comes
summer moon
watch over me
remember me
even if all forget me.
