I wake up in a pitch black room. It is cold and dark. I don't remember how i got her I don't remember anything.
I feel along the walls it is solid and smooth then i get down and examine the floor it's the same as the walls. I can't reach the ceiling.
I sit on the floor, nothing better to do that's for sure. I cross my legs and try to remember something, anything to understand who I am and how I got into this position and why.
...
I still don't remember anything. Boy it's freezing in here. I feel myself getting weaker. I don't have any strength left. Just before I fade completely i feel strong arms pick me up and carry me somewhere warmer but I don't know where as I fell completely unconscious immediately after.
...
I wake up in what looks to be a hospital room. A man is standing over me intently studying my face. When he sees that I'm awake he smiles.
"Good morning" he says and steps back "come with me and I will give you some answers to your questions."
I get up to follow him.

I see at least 2 people want a sequel to The Dark Room. I honestly had written this to be a stand alone piece (which I see was a mistake on my part) but I will make a sequel if you show me that you really want one. I have 3 things i need you to do 1. I need at least 5 people total to want a sequel, so message your friends and reccomend this story to them. I would prefer if the request is put in the comments and that you do not message me for a request, although I will still take them i would prefer if everybody knew how close they are to getting their sequel. 2. next I want a vote. I want the vote to be anonymous so this I do want you to message me for DO NOT leave your vote in the comments. I want alll of you to vote on the gender of "I" seeing as I didn't give "I" any identity as to who "I" is except the fact that "I" has no memorie of who "I" is and I know that some people could get very annoyed if I choose one randomly. so vote on whether you want "I" to be a girl or a boy. I only need this part because it might be a little hard to continue without "I" having a pronoun, just saying. I need at least 5 votes. 3. I also would like for at least 5 people to message me for fan theories as to how the story might continue. as I foolishly did not plan on continuing this story I would appreciate some ideas on how to continue it. also please don't be mad if when I pick and choose or mix and match that I do not use your idea, this does not mean that I don't like your idea it is just because I cannot use everyone's theories in one short story. also if you try to make any kind of a romance story out of this your idea will not be counted as one of the at least five ideas I need. I want you all to know that I am not doing this to annoy anyone I just want to know that people really want this before I take the trouble to continue it as well as eanting to know how people would best like it to be continued and also I literaly do not have any ideas on how to continue. so yeah if you wamt a sequel this is what you have to do.
