Lunch time came around and Sora is now running with a brown paper bag filled with buns, to the far side of campus where he and  "Hikari" agreed upon. Sora reaches a Giant, blooming cherry blossom tree with soft, pink, petals floating down from it, and thick rays of sunlight beaming through to the ground. His eyes catch "Hikari" as she's sitting on a rock just beneath this tree. The sun is hitting her hair and giving it a amber shine, her skin even looks like it's glowing. Her legs are showing quite a bit in that uniform skirt too, Sora couldn't help but notice. He walks up holding a red bean bun out for "Hikari" to grab and says
<< Here, try one. >>
She curiously grabbed the bun from his hand and slowly took a bite chewing carefully, her eyes lit up for a second as she looked amazed that anything could taste this good! She stood up, walked right up to Sora, put her hands around the paper bag and calmly switched them from his possesion, to hers. She went back to the rock to sit down with her bag of buns now. Sora eyes got a little teary as he thought "ugh... those were for both of us... And I ran there just to grab extra before they sold out!.. "
<< So. What is it you want to talk about hm? Hurry it up. >>
"Hikari" asked, looking a little irritated as she munched on bun after bun. Sora sat down on a nice patch of grass beside her and started to ask the questions he'd been pondering all morning.
<< Well, I guess first of all.. What was that thing, back there? That almost ate me! >>
"Hikari" answers simply
<< That was a Goryo, from the underworld. And it wasnt going to "eat" you. Well, not phsically. I guess you could say, it would eat your soul. >>
Sora gives her a very skeptical look as he replies
 << And what would happen if it had.. "Ate" my soul ...? >>
 << I would give you some "light" we call it. Which would act as a temporary soul. Until your physical body dissapates, leaving no trace of your existence behind. It ensures less mayhem here on earth. When people have their loved ones disappear so suddenly without explanations which they can see, they tend to panic. >>
"Hikari" explained whilst closing her eyes and having one hand out to explain. Sora now has a more disturbed look on his face as he continues
<< I'm not sure I totally understand, but I don't like the sound of that. And well, what are you then.. I mean.. Well.. Are you human ? >>
Stuttering half way through, thinking he didn't want to sound rude. But "Hikari" thought nothing of it as she answered
<< I am one of the Divine Flames. We slay Goryo and stop them from eating the souls of the innocent. That is our sole purpose for existing. >>
With a million things running through Sora's head now, he's quiet for a moment. "Hikari" looks over at him, jumps up off the rock she was sitting on,  and says
<< That's it? Done now? >>
As she begins to walk off towards the campus. Sora has an even more confused look on his face now as he yells out
<< Wh- what? W-wait a minute uh.. Hey! What's your name atleast? I don't even know how to address you. >>
"Hikari" stopped in her tracks, put her head slightly down then answered very strongly
<< I have no need for a name. I am a Divine Flame, a tool. You don't name your shoes,  or every fork you use. Do you ? >>
Sora couldn't believe the way she had just compared a life, to a fork. And it was far to sad for him to imagine being completely nameless. So he named her right then and there.
<< No... You're wrong. And you do have a name! It's Hikari! I will call you, Hikari. >>
Hikaris head bolted up high, her eyes wide, and her face turned almost completely red. She brought her hands to her chest. And exactly in that second she sensed something, She suddenly takes off without a word. Sora goes to yell
<< Hey! Where are you going? And what about class !? >>
She gave no answer, just kept running in the same direction. Sora glances back at school then turns to Hikari.
