Based on my experiences, I discovered that there are basically two categories of people with two distinct reactions. 
I also realised for me to win the game of throne I must know how to play my cards well with these two different personalities.
The name of the game I play changes with personality type. I've been cowed several times due to my lack of understanding human nature. Some people have played hocus-pocus on my emotions and several chances have been lost, all due to my stupendous ignorance. However,  I've learnt some lessons from my experiences which I'm about to share in a moment. I hope you learn too. They said experience is the best teacher but I think is better to learn from others.
Without further ado, let's dive into the heart of the matter. 
The first category of people is what I called "THE FOOLS". They get offended when you confront them with honest truths. In fact,  they vow never to talk nor relate with you anymore. They are very opinionated and rigid in their perspective. They only want your sheer support (whether they're right or wrong), praise and lies even at their own detriment and downfall. 
DECEPTION is the name of the game for this category. 
The second group is what I called "THE REALISTS". They're really few in supply unlike "The Fools". When you see them you'll know bcos they simply see things as they really are without extra painting. They wouldn't mind your criticisms,   confrontations and bitter truths. In fact they'd appreciate that and take it to build their castle. The name of the game for this category is HONESTY.
