When one has been hurt so much in the past one tends to put up a shield of armor of defense

A shield of armor to fight the battle that lays against you

 Some put up a shield of armor to keep from being hurt again for protection

But is it really protecting you I say not because living your life on the defense you're not living your life to the fullest I say

Put the shield of armor down and eliminate the problem that put you on the defense in the first place I say
