At times life gets to be pretty fast never knowing how fast time passes

Never knowing when to stop to breathe or take a breath for yourself always running here and there

Sometimes I just like to slow down and unwind and take my own sweet time you know easy

As easy as I can be just me being free like the wind blowing through the leaves on the trees

Easy does it is how I want it to be on a beautiful sunny day

No worries no cares just me and my thoughts running away freely as they can be

Clearing my mind from the old with the new

I can see clearly as the old leaves and the new enters my mind and now my mind I set free to wonder freely stress free

Being blessed with no stress it's not easy but stress free is the way I want it to be for me

Just me and my thoughts taking it easy and running free
