 Rain Rain Go Away children want to go out and play. 

Raining Monday is here to stay. 

The poor children are stuck in the house all day and can't go outside to play. 

But some do anyway Rain Rain go away the children want to go outside too play

Misty Rain rain rain rain soft rain hard rain streets flooded like a river streams

Boys with toy boats playing in the streets flooded like River streams with no care of the Rain

While other's looked out of their windows pane only to wish to play outside in the falling Rain

No way Mom and Dad would say to the children stuck inside you have to play outside another day

Tears in the children eyes while they watched their neighbors play

Oh what fun it looks to be only if it could be one of us

Rain rain go away come back another day the children want to go outside to play

Rainy Mondays are here to stay and the poor children are stuch inside the house to stay all day

Rain rain please go away the children want to go outside to play
