It's Christmas time and everyone in town is waiting on Mr. and Mrs. Clause at the Christmas ball.

Standing against the wall, while the music plays, the DJ calls out, it's Christmas time, let's get  on the floor and dance.

Only one man named Sam, went onto the ballroom floor and started to do the Santa Clause dance. 

No one moved to the grove of the music, but Sam the only man on the floor was doing the Santa Clause dance. 

It's Christmas time the DJ said, let's get onto the ballroom floor with Sam the man with the moves and dance, dance, dance. 

It's Christmas time, let's do the Santa dance. 

Ho, ho, ho ho ho ho the folks heard, could it be old St. Nick?

Mr. and Mrs. Clause, enters the Christmas ball, Santa jolly voice, heard throughout the halls of the ball.

Get off the wall and let's have a ball, be careful not to fall doing the Santa dance. 

Let's dance the night away.

Let's dip,dip, dip, dip, dip, dip...

It's Christmas time, let's do the Santa dance.

So let's shake, shake, shake, shake, shake, shake.

Let's slide to your left, slide, slide, slide  slide, slide, slide...

Let's slide to your right, slide, slide, slide, slide, slide, slide...

Now stop wait,1 2 3 4 5, now go!

Slide around the floor until you can't take no more.

Let's wave your hands in the air, wave, wave, wave, wave, wave, wave...

Dip, dip, dip, dip, dip, dip.

It's Christmas time, let's do the Santa dance.

Everyone's off the wall having a ball, doing the Santa dance.

Let's wave our hands in the air, like we just don't care.

Rock, rock, rock, rock, rock, rock... 

Turn, turn, turn,  turn, turn, turn...

Everyone's off the ballroom wall having a ball doing the Santa dance. 

Mr. and Mrs. Clause, grove's to the tunes coming from across the ballroom.

Old St. Nick had a great kick that didn't miss a beat when doing the Santa dance.

It's Christmas time and Mr. and Mrs. Clause are dancing the night away.

Still feeling the eggnog, they drink earlier that day, while dancing to the beat, with his quick moving feet. 

Santa turned around and hit the ground into a split.

The ballroom doors are about to close, and the ball has come to an end.

No one wanted to go...

Ho, ho ho ho, ho ho, the party is not over yet, we just begun to have fun. 

It's Christmas time, let's all go to my crib and continue to chill...

But no standing against the wall at Mr. and Mrs. Clause's or you just might fall, like Humpty Dumpty who had a great fall.

It's Christmas time, let's dance until the last call.
