Back in 2013, I had a therapist who gave me an assignment to do when I wasn't feeling like I was worth anything: write five things you love about yourself. To this day I still do that on my bad days where I'm too hard on myself. I modify it to the day and what's making me feel low though.  It really helps. 

I wonder if this would help others.
