I open my eyes all I could see was total darkness I scream shoving the coffin door open, I could see the windows had been board up by someone, I cringe at the small spiders crawling on the sofa in the corner of the room, the old wax candles sitting on the dusty dresser were still lite, no matter how hard I tried I couldn't manage to open the room door, suddenly I'm startle by the sound of a cell phone ringing, I remove the cell phone from the dresser drawer I could hear the sound of someone breathing heavily on the phone.

"Hello." I said, awaiting someone to answer.

"Nadia, you must listen to me carefully.You need to get out of there in any minute a vampire is going to come through that door.
"Do you understand?" I heard the voice of a young man say, but there was something familiar about his voice.

"Ryder? Is this you? I'm in no mood for games, so just open the door and I'll be on my way..." I reply.
 
"This isn't a game, Nadia.They're coming...I promise I will find you.Just stay alive.Okay? just stay..."
 Ryder said, in a urgent voice.

"Ryder! Rider!"I yell, but the phone had went completely dead, frustrated by my predicament I threw the cell phone at the wall shattering it to pieces, I couldn't believe this was actually happening until a young woman burst through the bedroom door, her hair was firy red, her eyes black as night, her skin very pale, I saw the blood drooling from her mouth although I was frighten I was more relieve to see the door open, with every step she took toward me I could heard the sound of the floor squeeking beneath her feet, I could see the desperation in her eyes when she said in a creepy voice.

"I'm so hungry.So, so very hungry." But it was the way she was staring at me that made me feel like I was a full course meal, suddenly, she viciously ran toward me, I struck her across the face with a book, but the force of my hit only stun her for a moment, I scream as she tackle me to the ground I felt her fangs sink into my neck, the volume of my scream went up a notch and images of my family flash before my very eyes, I thought I was about to die but lucky for me my best friend Ryder had appear in the nick of time, 
he swiftly swung his sword decapitating the young woman's head from her body, when he saw how  distraught I was he help me to the passenger seat of his car, I want to believe it was all just a bad dream but I knew it wasn't, now my eyes was open to true existence of vampires and I knew nothing would ever be the same.
