"Race you!" Sasha 
 exclaimed to Jake her loyal dog.
"Woof!" Replied Jake as he ran with her over the hill where the sunset was rising behind. Suddenly Jake had stopped looking to the right where further down a very old creaky and gloomy house sat...

Sasha stopped and turned to Jake; then she ran over to him and bent down,Jake still stared into the distance.
Sasha looked at the house and whispered "apparently, a   very old woman lives in there and she's really mean! My friend told me, that house is haunted! And the woman killed her own husband and she abandoned her children! And whoever goes in, doesn't come out!"

Jake turned and whimpered hiding away!

"I know, pretty spooky!" She shouted.

Jake ran towards the house, leaving dust in his tracks.

"No! Jake come back!" She shouted as she ran for him...

 But it was too late Jake had already shot  through a hole in the door!

Sasha had finally caught she shouted in a quiet voice "Jake get out of the house!"
Shrieks came from the house!!! Horrible screams!

Sasha crouched through the hole and into the house!


Inside the house was broken walls and dusty doorways, Jake barked at Sasha.

"Hush Jake she'll hear you!!!" 

Bang! Jake had fell on the floor with blood all over him...

"Jake!!! Noooo!" she cried 
She picked him up and ran out the house and carried him to the vet.

Minutes later Jake sadly died leaving poor Sasha heart broken.

3 years later Sasha got a new dog named Ben
Ben was her new best friend but Jake was never forgotten, as Sasha sat on the hill as the sunset rose with Ben a sudden gleam of light appeared next to Sasha it was Jake. And Sasha new it.
