Tanner Vega walked into the facility assault rifle in hand he looked around at the other men in his squad. They were starting to clean up the mess. A radio transmission came in "Captain Vega we found something." Tanner responded "Okay on my way." He walkes down the hallway stepping over body's of dead researcher. He sighed the reason this had to be done was simple a man with to much money started a cult about some kind of god they came up with. Tanner entered into the area he was called to a group of men had surrounded a boy he was lying down on a bed barely breathing he had cuts all over and carved into his chest was N-110699b blood dripped from the wound. Tanner was shocked "Why are you all just standing here he needs medical attention!" The men started rushing around and a medic was brought in. A few hours later the lab was rigged to blow the men pilled into trucks and moved out Tanner say next to the boy he looked around five years old Tanner was disgusted that they would do such a thing. He sighed when they got back to the base Tanner marched to the office of the man in charge "Sir!" The man sighed "What is it Vega?" Tanner had a plan that he needed to work, "The boy we found I want to take him." The man sighed "What are you saying?" Vega sat down "Sir that boy has been through who knows what he can't stay here." The commander nodded "I know that but I have no control over it." Tannner grinned "Present this to them after his wounds are treated we can place him in a real home, we can still watch over him but at least he won't have to stay in a lab." The man stood "It's a good idea and it most likely won't work but it is worth a try." Tanner was excused, a few months later and mountains of paper work Tanner and the boy were moved into a large house deep in the woods, there were camera's and even soldiers hiding in the woods. The boy stood in the entry way his eye's closed Tanner took a kneel and grabbed his shoulders "N-110699, would you like a name?" He nodded and slowly opened his eye's Tanner gasped his eyes were gold they we so beautiful that they captured Tanner's attention Tanner heard the boy's voice inside his head "What will my name be?" Tanner smiled "Orion that will be your name." He nodded once again he spoke inside his head "Thank you Mr. Vega." Tanner smiled but inside he felt sorry for Orion he didn't remember his family and he was experimented on due to his connection to the flow, they didn't quite know what it was exactly but it gave him supernatural powers to a degree. Orion wandered off eyes closed he could hear the heart beat of the soldier in the woods. He frowned "Nothing has changed has it?" He thought as he heard a camera rotate.
