    The sweet scent of vanilla soap and water wafted to me. Warm water slid down me and the girl. Fillng me with a sense of joy. I smiled to myself as I leaned my head down to kiss her shoulder. She backed up against my chest. Bare, smooth skin greeted me as she did this. She giggled, bringing up her hand to caress my head as I continued to kiss her neck and shoulder softly. My hands were placed on her belly, slowly moving up and down. I lifted my head back up to peer at the girl. Piercing blue eyes met mine as we looked at one another. Her shoulder length maroon hair hung limply around her head. 

    I smiled again and wrapped my arms around her belly, closing the little space that was left between us. With a chuckle she closed her eyes and grinned, placing her hands on my arms. The steam from the hot water surrounded us. Then suddenly, she began to hum. It was a slow hum. I couldn't place the song but I honestly didn't care. I loved it when my baby would sing to me. Though she wasn't singing it was still all the same. I started to sway ever so slightly to the tune humming along with her. The tune was simple. Almost like a nursery rhyme.

    Still humming she turned around to face me. The humming stoped as she looked up to me. Sighing a playful sigh she brought her arms up around my neck, "You should count yourself lucky." She said grinning at me. I cocked my head back and smirked, "Oh? I should?" I asked. She tilted her head and gave me a half smile, "Well of course silly." closing her eyes she pulled in and rested her head on my chest, "We're stuck with me forever, whether you like it or not." she said hugging me more tightly. I wrapped my arms around her waist and brought my lips to the top of her head, "Forever and ever." I whispered, kissing the top of her head.
