"Jesus Cassie, how long have you been here?"  

I glance away from the Tv, to find my sister smiling at me from the kitchen. "All night, I'm on season 2 of 'The Originals'." 

Jessica sighs, rummaging through the fridge. "This is not good for you Cass, you need to get more sleep." 

I roll my eyes. "Let me worry about that, why don't you?"

"Fine," I hear Jessica say from the kitchen. "Just don't come to me when your sleep deprived and can't stay awake in class and end up failing."  

I shrug, sticking a handful of popcorn in my mouth. 

Suddenly, a loud beeping sound starts screeching from the Tv, white flashes. Slowly it turns to the broadcast channel. Jessica and I share nervous glances. 

I look back at the Tv, and nearly stop breathing.

Only one word plays on the screen with big red letters. "RUN."
