I motioned Shane to follow me so I could give him that tour. 

Before I could say anything, he handed me my journal and we walked in silence. 

"So.... What about the project?" I questioned.

He sighed in defeat.

"The project... The project... Dang it, I thought you would avoid it! I might as well tell you since you are my partner in this massive showcase. Let me get this newspaper and show you."

He grabbed a piece of crumpled paper out of his back pocket and passed it to me. I opened it and just as I was about to read it in abruptly stopped when I heard and saw out of the corner of my eye snickers and the three figures of people I don't want to see. 

"Hey yo piggy! Do you eat as much as your fat excuse of your mother!?" Leon hissed.

Everyone but me and Shane cackles at that. I saw Shane twitch his eye and cracked his knuckles which made his muscles flex.

"Piss off, Leon before I tell your mommy what you did to your sister!"

"You little..!"

He ran towards me with his fist raised but I was stronger so I blocked him and kneed him in the place that gets too much women.He lay on the ground moaning like he was about to die!

I heard Shane snickering after that and actually I smirked myself.

"Now beat it or you all get the kick of death!"

They all scampered away, keeping their childhoods with them. Well except Leon who was basically crawling away.

I again opened the newsletter and looked at Shane who looked proud yet worried.

The World and The New Musicians

In two months there will be a showcase starring all the new and upcoming musicians that will be the biggest thing of the year!

We are expecting Shane, the biggest and youngest star in Europe, to attend with a new album if he wants to be taken seriously. 

We know that he sings covers. And that he is doing a collaboration with Ed Sheeran, but he has to create the music.

He has no experience to do with writing songs so he is visiting every school to search for expert help from someone. We don't know who yet. 

Now be prepared since he is only 14 and he has amazing raw talent. Hopefully he uses it wisely in this showcase to become a great musician!

There will be other musicians like DJ Khalid and Rita Ora. But the most important is to welcome this amazing new singer Shane who will be introducing us to his expert helper.

This has been MTV music and we expect you all to be there!

I then crumpled up the piece of paper and handed it back to him.

"So... You want me to write you songs? As in the most mentally bullied girl in this school? The ugly girl who is just too ambitious and just doesn't know when to shut up?"

"Yes I want you to write the songs since you are the most talented writer who actually writes songs that make sense. And why are you getting bullied?"

"OK I accept your offer. But that is another story for another day!"

We silently shuffled to the Dining Hall where everybody was staring at us with disgust and jealousy. 

"Shane?" I muttered.

"Hmm?"

"Wanna get outta here and go to this diner in town?"

"I thought you were giving me a tour of the school?"

I just passed him the map and grabbed his arm and dragged him to the gates where we could go away from everything to do with school.

I grabbed some old clothes that could disguise him since I wanted to walk to town for some fresh air.

"Put these on!" I shoved them in his face and turned around.

"Why?"

"So we can walk outta here!"

"OK then!"
