A heart of pain
A heart of life
A heart of fear
To a girl with the knife
Making a decision on to live or die
Knowing no one would care
About her painful cry

She walks on day in and day out
With a smile upon her face
Trying to figure out 
Is it her of the world she calls her place

Deciding on to weather kill or live
No knowing she is now pregnant with kids
Yes it's twins and yes she is happy
But the life she is living
Gives her nothing but to be unhappy

She decides to pray and ask God to be with her
Opening her eyes after her prayer
Let's her know he may be there
But always she watched for the enemy 
Cause he to knows the girl but yet she wants the victory
