Clearly i was mistaken about my ex's attitude. He was trying up heat from our relationship and it boiled every single blood cell I had spreading it everywhere. I decided to roast him. After that he never spoke to me again. "Why didn't you say Marissa?" Tanya asked. I burst into tears and my heart felt permanently broken. "Aww, hon you don't need to cry over Toby. He was stupid ok?" I began crying harder and my tears hit the ground with small splashes. "Oh stop you'll flood the bathroom soon!" It was so transparent that she was only trying to cheer me up. I dried my eyes but they stayed damp and blotchy. I had grown big red panda eye marks. I tried to cover it but there was no way. "Marissa..." I heard. The voice taunted me in my head all day and wouldn't leave. I ran home trying to escape fears of the public or friends walking by. The only thing going through my head was that I could have been different. Gotten better grades, been a better child and at least tried to have better behaviour but no I had to disobey everything I was told to do. I had so many choices yet choosing the worst affected me most. Even the tiniest mistake turned my whole life into a volcanic eruption. I screamed and every single person turned to stare. I didn't stop though I just kept going. I finally reached home when I realised I'd forgotten my key. I ran round the back of my house and climbed in through my open bedroom window. My house looked the way I left it, perfect. I ran down to the kitchen to start preparing dinner yet when I arrived all was gone...
