I have to face facts. You are human. The glory you are graced with is a lie. You house many sins. Your past is black. Behind the lens, you are a fantasy. Behind closed doors, you are real. You drown in a sea of impossible standards. Yet, you seem to survive. I look into your eyes and I see you secrets. You are closed in, While you wear you heart on your sleeve. The dreams deceive. You words are hollow. You are a broken man leading a fixed life. The hurt, the memories threaten to break you . I never asked to feel your pain. Your sins were given to you. Your trusted betrayed you. And I feel it all. How do you do it? Your life is jagged. I do not want to become you. But I know I must. I must take your pain and make it mine. The whole world watches you, yet you are alone. That is a fate worse than death. I hope you have some solace. One day we will cross paths. One day I will take your place. That moment, It will be my glory that will be a lie. I pray we can save each other from the hell to come. But we are marked. Marked by our sins. The sins we never asked for.
