When things finally boiled down to a stand off I immediately took action. I saved the world...  Perhaps my story is over, but not my life... Millions of books are in the Library of Ancients. Imagine all the stories they tell,

I walk over and slowly touch the books on the shelves as I pass them by... They all had different covers unique down to the last... Some glow of power and might, and some with rage and spite.

I remember Xyphas telling me to read them once my journey is over... Although he's not here right now to remind me. I'll do it anyways. There was a book that caught my eyes... Its glow was that of a star. I slowly pull it out of it's shelf. And it read "Nova" as the title.

It was a book about an ancient Styxian who heroically gave his life to defeat the Xurgans. His name was Nova. This book contains all of his life's work and his passion.

I got chills up my spine when flipped open the book to the very first page, Its powers and wonders made it feel alive somewhat. A massive burst of hot energy filled the Library... The Dark seer managing this place even flinched from his post.

I immediately knew that another adventure begins from this very book. So with curiosity eating me up, I decided to flip the pages one by one. The book was thick and the pages seem to be made of ether. 

I slowly start reading it... And understanding my forefathers lives back then. This book shows a life of luxury, not just nova... But every Styxian alive. It even says here the plans for the Planetary life campaign, and it seems Nova was one of the heads.

Who is this person? I ask myself... As I flip over the pages in quick succession in hopes of finding a picture, the ether page cut my finger. And a drop of my blood landed on the page where it says, "The supernova" 

It made me start to read from the top... Nova singlehandedly stopped a dying star from crashing into Styx... He opened a blackhole and devoured the star. That star he ate was one of the 8 stars that used to be our neighbors.

Why supernova though? As I slide my finger into the words written in Ancient Styxian I accidentally activated a feature in the book. It showed a holographic video of This masked man protecting civilians from ancient Aliens... the aliens look like Xurgans. Fleshy abominations who takes over everything. And at the midst of the battle it seems that the masked man is losing. In an attempt to save the others, He released the star that he had devoured.

The hologram showed a massive controlled explosion... That seems to travel? No... The masked man is the one who exploded. And he took the explosion closer to the Xurgan fleet on space. As the blast kept going... Flesh begins to burn. The Xurgans were dying of radiation. And once the explosion ceased... A black hole opened and swallowed the nearest Xurgans to it.

As the hologram faded... It suddenly hit me. I skipped towards the ending in hopes of seeing his face. The book then lost its light... As if it had shown what needs to be known. The library is dim and I can't make out the words that are written now. I ended up closing the book and once again it lights up... Waiting for the next reader.

I can go back to it next time... Alas I have a kingdom to run, tomorrow then. As I slowly walk out the door... I look at the books I want to read tomorrow, The Seer is staring at me. "These are not just stories your Highness, These are the lives of these heroes" he said. I nodded and told him that I'd be back. He then vanished as I got out and closed the door...

What an experience...
