With all the crazed, destructive actions and statements by Fake President over the last few months, a reflective person can only come to one conclusion:
He wants to be President but knows he can't handle the job. He knows he is in way, way over his head. And it is freaking him out. This cannot be disputed.

So from classic child psychology, a term known as "acting out" comes to mind. Yes, Fake President is acting out. The stakes are far too high for us to entertain this situation any longer. Congress should and must implement Article 25 to remove him from office for the collective good.
