Sometimes my mind goes completely blank.

The words are on the tip of my pen but I can't find the right phrase to accurately translate them into sentences.

It can be really frustrating and isolating. 

To know what I want to write and yet struggle to articulate the words and emotions eloquently while others express without thinking.
