Sarah's in the garden,
And Sarah's in the street,
I haven't been outside today,
And all I've done is eat!

Sarah's on the radio,
And Sarah's on the news,
And if I'm stuck inside again,
I really need to choose:

Another chocolate biscuit,
Or a piece of fruit to eat?
A pack of crisps (straight on the hips),
Or syn-free yoghurt treat?

When Sarah's gone away again,
And the snow begins to melt,
Will I be feeling guilty,
Or the best I've ever felt?

So time to make some choices,
Today I'm back on plan,
No more cake for boredom's sake,
I should, I must, I can!
