I was spoilt. A brat. Even though I had and got every thing my heart content to I still wanted more. "Daddy Its time you brought me some more shoes!" I would nag while walking. "But darling don't you think you have enough? Your mother and i are going to be sent bankrupt because if you I swear!" I gazed at him with begging eyes and making look like I was about to scream and cry. "Sweetheart! Stop, your father and i have had enough! Your just a spoilt brat!" My mother called to me. I was shocked by her words yet something hit me. "Darling when we get home there is something for you in the basement." My mother tells me and I squeal excitedly. My father looks st my mother with a horrid expression and mother shakes her head. I was now home and my mother took me to the basement. There was nothing there but when I looked up there was no light. I ran to the door and shook it  like crazy. It was locked. It's been days now and I'm locked in here being treated like a piece of meat. I hate it. After a month with poor people food and drink I was allowed out and was nothing like I used to be. Although I gained depression the positive side was that the basement saved me!
