Mark Lichen and the first responders opened the door slowly. They tried not to make to much noise. Mark peeked through the glass. He saw his children and wife. He also saw the gunman. Mark put away his gun and told the first responders to wait where they were until the call. Mark then went through the door and said to the robbers "Listen we don't want any trouble. Just let the people go." The robber said "No not until you let my friend free from your jail." Mark said "Alright, alright just put the gun down." The gunman took his wife and put the gun to her head. The gunman said "Let us go free! Or else someone gets hurt!" Mark said "Okay, Okay you can go but just let her go." The gunman pushed her to the ground and ran out. The robbers ran out as well. Mark gave the call, and just like that they were arrested. Mark thought back to the day when he stopped his first robbery and how it motivated him to become a crime stopper. Mark let all the hostages out. Mark drove back to the station and clocked out. He went home to see his wife. She was still tramatised by what happened in the bank that day. Mark said to her "It's okay they are going behind bars, and they will be gone for a long time." She calmed down took a shower and went to bed. The next day she went to work and Mark stayed home. Mark was on break and the children was home because it was a holiday. Mark decided to take the children to the park and have a picnic when Mary his wife came back. Mary got back home at 2:30 P. M. Mark and his family went on the picnic and came back. He knew that this was his happy ending. Five years later it was time for Mark to retire. The police department threw a celebration for him and gave him a gift. It was an apple watch and a golden bracelet. He gave his speech and left. Mark was happy with him self with all the work he has done in the department. Mark moved to Mississippi and built his dream house and lived in it with his family. However, Mark didn't live forever. Mark died on March 19, 2017. He was remembered as a hero and the police department where he worked was named after him for his heroic duties as the police cheif. Then he was always remembered as "the Mighty Man".
