There you are.
Standing before me. 
Your eyes try to mask your secrets
But I am no fool.
I see through your veil
And the shame it covers.
Shame that should not be there.
It was not your fault.
They are the ones.
The ones you trusted.
They did it to you.
They broke you with every touch.
Violated your temple.
Inspired your nightmares.
You were innocent.
Put down your cross. 
It is not yours to bear.
I feel your sorrow.
I share your pain. 
Do not hide it from me.
Holding it in will destroy you.
You owe it to yourself.
Think of those you love.
Take my hand.
Don't be afraid.
I am here for you.
I will never leave your side.
Never.
