We used to be so close
and now we're split far apart
wider than the largest ocean
because i moved to a new friend group
and left you to rot...
Im sorry, forgive me?
 
I made you a promise
that drugs would i not touch
no matter what came along
but i turned to pills and marijuana
your tears showed through your toughness

I used to be so nice
was friendly generous and kind
to anyone, and everybody
now ive turned my back on everyone 
and am cold and rude and hateful

Many promises ive made
and in the past I have kept them all
whether personal or just to visit
but now i speak commitments just to break them
and that has ruined what we had

theres alot more i want to say
however there will never be enough words, or pages
