I was lost. I'd run a mile and got lost. How I managed that I have no idea. I am currently in the forest with my long blonde Dutch braided hair falling behind my shoulders. My red lips had probably turned purple now and my ball shaped eyes dropped water from them as it got colder. I found a small wooden hut with enough to make a living from. I unpacked only a few things deciding I would leave tomorrow with more than I came with. I packed up food and drink and got ready for my journey. I knew I couldn't afford to stop but I was so tired for the second time. I heard something behind me. I quickly turned left and saw a bear run by. I dragged my feet left and then right until I made it to the next city. It was bright and beautiful containing lights and music. Lots of festivals were on too! It wasn't too hard to find the children's care home. I went straight to It! Wow this place is absolutely amazing! "Hello! I'm here to be adopted my parents threw me out. I've had to run through the woods." She looked at me carefully. She pointed to a rainbow effected door with a rectangular window. It was a room with bunk beds and there was a girl already on the top. "Hi!" I spoke trying to get her attention. After the fifth time she finally took out her headphones and said hello and that her name was Lyla. I replied by telling her my name and explained about how is tried to get her attention. "Oh I truly am sorry! I had no idea. Well then Cassi what bunk would you like?" She asked me with a bright grin. I was used to a double bed but this is nice too! "I don't mind. It's really your choice anyway, you were here first." I replied smiling. She let me have top bunk and i started to settle in. I unpacked my appliances and all then organized the room. It seemed as if both Lyla and i were best friends. A few months later... In May I had met lots of friends but no family. When a family came in asking to adopt me and Lyla I was shocked. I accepted the offer with Lyla by my side. She also accepted and we were soon adoption sisters. We had fun and we had our arguments but the best thing was we were now sisters! Idea credits for my most recent book the closet go to COREY BRILLMAN!
