I wonder how many people listen. Listen to the words talking to them. Do they hear? Probably not. It's time now that they've understood what a little girl and little boy is trying to say. But will the children be loud enough for them to finally hear? Probably not. Well they could try because they may be little. But they have big voices. As if the reader is trying to keep up with the author's purpose. They give up before the story begins. Did they try to even listen? Probably not. But a true reader will listen to the words of an author. They have so much understanding of the children trying to speak to them. They will have a quick reading over the summary and they'll read what the author wants for them to be entertained. Will they quit like other people did? Probably not. But you never know. So read what's waiting for you. Are you going to finish up with amusement? Probably not. There's no telling of how you would feel. But listen to the words of the author, of the little children because they have something to tell you. As a Story begins their voices are now ready to be heard. You turn each page You read each word There the voices are reading to a true reader.
