In the 1920's there was a young boy who was obsessed with time traveling. He would think and think all the time about traveling to different times. One day he was walking through New York City square, and a old man approached him. "Youngin' I overheard you back there tell your grandmother you love to time travel." The man said. "I LOVE thinking about time traveling. But why do you want to know?" Johnny said. "I know where you can go to time travel. Just follow me." The man said. "BACK-OFF STARNGER! ARE YIU TRYING TO KIDNAP MY GRANDSON?" Johnny's grandmother exclaimed. Soon the passerby's started approaching us. Then a officer approached the man. "What do you want with this kid, stranger?" Asked the officerman. "In from the future. 2016 to be exact. I was born in 1938." Explained the man. "Okay you are on some kind of drug." Responded the officer. "That man is on a drug for sure." Said johnny's grandmother. "I believe him." I responded. "You are just as crazy as he is." Johnny's grandmother responded.
I started remembering the encounter about the old man who approached us yesterday, and realized he never told me where the time machine was. I think he was a crazy old person who is trying to lure young people to follow him. "Grandma who do you think that crazy old man was doing approaching us yesterday?" I asked. "I don't now but I noticed he was starring at me a lot when he was talking to you." Tabitha responded. I could see the discomfort in her eyes. She then went to the stone stove that was under a long pipe. Our house was built in 1898 so it is 20 years old. I then went to my room and started working on a time machine so can go to 100 years in the future, 2018. I sure do wish phones existed I thought. We just have this stupid thing that goes through the power line to the receiver. "Johnny dinner is done." Tabitha called to Johnny. "Grandma, can you help me build a time machine?" I asked. "WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT A TIME MACHINE FOR?" Tabitha exclaimed. "I want to go to 2018." I responded. "Baby that is 100 years in the future, but what is in 2018 that you like?" Tabitha asked. "I don't know newer people." I responded. "Thanks for dinner I'm going to my room to see if I can make a time machine." I told her. "Okay, just remember It won't happen."Tabitha responded. The only thing she didn't know is that I will be in 2018 1 day from now.
"IT'S FINISHED!" I exclaimed." "WHAT ARE YOU YELLING AT?" Tabitha yelled across the house. "MY MACHINE.. IT'S.. FINALLY.. DONE!" I yelled across the house to my grandmother. "IM GOING TO TEST IT SEE YOU LATER!" I yelled across the house. "JOHNNY DON'T G-." The last thing I saw before I left. I set the time machine to 2018. I arrived after a period of grandfather clocks chiming in a long never ending hole. I arrived to a huge city and in front of me a sign read, welcome to New York City. My city had huge 100 story buildings, and the Hudson river with ports. "This city grew a whole lot since 1918." I told myself.
About an hour later I arrived to a skyscraper called 1 world trade center. I looked done at my shoes, and realized that I had early 19th century clothing. "I must look like a freak to these people." I told myself quietly. As soon as I entered the Hudson river port I was immediately got teleported into a long endless hole, and grandfather clocks ticking backwards, and the chime sounding backwards. I arrived into my house. "WHY DID YOU DO THAT! GO TO BED RIGHT NOW!" Tabitha told Johnny very angrily. "Night love you." I told her.
