  Hi Rinku! Great presentation of a burning issue in our society. For reasons unknown to me, I find it spreading in a cancerous way. You were right that there is no Andolan about it. We find something only after a severe kind of crime. Only a big students'Andolan may change the scenario as they have enough compelling power. We also need our women community educated as after all they should be vocal in this issue. There must be a political will also. The judiciary should also be revamped so that culprits can be punished in no time. Oh! there are lot of reasons if one sits to consider it. At times, I think only God can bring in a change in it. I regret my inability to write in Hindi though I can speak in Hindi fluently. Thanks for raising this issue. This is very urgent and important. Thanks again and bye for now.
