Dawn's light shines through the opened window I hadn't remembered opening, waking me up from my slumber. Stretching, I sit up with a chill going down my spine. I shiver in response looking around the empty room and see Sid staring at me like a possessed demon.

"Uh.... morning?" I say nervously.
His eyes were blood shot and he looked unnatural.

He just stared at me without moving. I didn't know what to do but taking my eyes off of him felt like a really bad idea. I throw the blanket over his head and jump out the window where I run into Mrs.Ann who looked worried at my sudden appearance. I wanted to tell her what happened but I didn't know how.

"Calm down Shiro everything is fine you act as though you've seen a monster." She says in a sweat manor.

"Sid, I think there's something wrong with him. He was in the room with me just staring at me and he looked awful he scared me so I ran." I burst in fear.

"Sid you say? Sid is right here with me though." Mrs.Ann moved slightly to show Sid just behind her carrying a bale of hay.

"Ch.. what you get a nightmare or something?" He growls.

"That's no possible I threw a blanket on you back in the room. I... I..." i start hyperventilating and collapse to the ground.

"Sid get Mr. Zee now!" Mrs.Ann yells. But he had already left.

After a moment Zee came running and threw a blanket over me and put a glass bottle to my lips.

"Damn kid what were you thinking!" Zee yells at me.

"She claims that Sid was in her room but he had been with me all morning. She was quite upset." Mrs.Ann explains.

"Mom!" I hear Sid screaming.

"Zee there's some kind of creature in the house! It looks blood thirsty and wrong." I manage to whisper.

"Sid! Sid!" Mrs.Ann starts running in the house when Zee stops her.

"Stay with Shiro I'll grab your boy." Zee ran in the house after that.
                        ....

                     Zefire

"Hey boy where are ya!" I yell out and hear a scuffle coming from the boy's room.
I head in there with a dagger in hand.

"Mom!" Sid calls out from the other side of the door. I break it down and see two Sids one backed into a corner and another just standing in the middle of the room staring.

"Mr.Zee! Please help." Sid pleads.

Just then the sid that was standing in the middle of the floor looked at me. Shiro was right it was blood thirst and it did look wrong like that wasn't its actual body.
"The hell hell are you." I ask angry.

It opened its mouth and made this horrible screeching noise that brought me to the floor in pain. When the noise stopped ny my head still rang but the creature had disappeared.

I heard someone calling my name but couldn't tell who. I look around and see Shiro crying.

"I thought I told you to stay outside with Mrs.Ann." I scold. My ears finally stopped ringing.
                        ...

                     Shiro

"This house and these people are ghosts Zee." I say sadly.
Zee looked confused at my words.
I walk towards Sid who was curled in the cornor.
"Sid... it's okay your brother is gone but you must let your anger go or you'll never find peace." I say soothing my voice over.

"He keeps coming back and trying to ruin my happiness how can I forgive him!" Sid cries.

"Sid I understand your pain but trapping your parent's spirits here is wrong they deserve peace as much as you. I don't know what happened between you and your brother but forgiveness is the first step." I tell him with a cough.

"How can I? He killed mother and father!" Sid yells.

"And you killed your brother in return." I tell him.

"Yes I did. He deserved it." Sid says with a hostile voice.

"I see. You were trying to defend them weren't you?" I ask calmly.

"Exactly. You understand me. I had to kill him. It was so easy and fun, but I was left alone in the end . I was so lonely. So very very lonely. So I found a book a magical book that taught me how to bring my parents back but something went wrong and HE came back too." Sid spits.

"Sid tell me are you alive?" I ask cautiously.

"Of course I'm alive so is mommy and daddy too!" Sid defends.

"Your wrong brother. Your dead. Your magic spell didn't work it only killed you and left you a ghost just like the rest of us. Unlike me though you, mother, and father can pass on." The boy that looked like Sid showed back up but he looks more human and eyes his eyes were blue.

"It worked it did your just screwing with me!" Sid yells.

"I never ment to kill mother and father I loved them. A beast took hold of me and he called myself a Nox. He feeds on pain and creates it. He made me kill them and when you killed me he transferred to you. He lives inside you so when you found the book and died he bound our spirits here in this house to torture us all. I tried to tell you the truth but you were too scared to listen and denied your death." The ghost spirit says.

"Your lying! Don your lying!" Sid screams.

"He's not Sid it's true. He never meant to kill us a demon tricked him. All of us. We don't blame Don or you but the only way to move on is to except our deaths and forgive each other." Jax says.
Mrs.Ann and Jax stood beside Don and looked at Sid sadly.

"I.. It can't be the spell had to of worked!" Sid started crying again.

"It's alright Sid we can start over now. Forgive Don and forgive yourself." Mrs.Ann says in a motherly voice.

"Starting over would be nice." Sid says in a small voice. He looks up at his brother and stands up to face him.

"I'm sorry Don. I never wanted to hurt you and i know you didn't want to hurt mother and father so... I forgive you. Can .. you forgive me too?" Sid asks with tears in his eyes.

"I've already forgiven you Sid." They hug and everyone starts to disappear except Don.

"Why are you still here Don?" I ask confused.

"That demon is bound to me and even though he transferred to Sid the contract was still in my blood. The only way to get rid of him for good is to find my bones and torch them. He looks like ne but he looks wrong. He look hungry and angry. You've already met him Shiro. He was trying to possess you but you did the right thing to run." Don says in praise and in sadness.

"I see now." Zee says a bit wobbly as he stands up.

"Alright where are your bones Don?" I ask a bit nervous.

"The attic. Sid hid my body there when he killed me. He gave mother and father a proper burial though." Don says in a small voice.

"Don?" I say.
He looks up at me and I smile.

"Your a good brother and what your doing I know must be very hard so I want you to know that I won't forget you when you move on so please smile." I encourage him. He nodded and showed us the way to the attic where we did find his bones.

"I would suggest bringing the bones outside so the demon can't escape into the house though he would be trapped and travelers that seek shelter her would also suffer the same pain." Don says matter of factly.

Zee got on top of the situation and grabbed the bones in a bag. We left for the outside where we meet the demon.

"Don that's not how you play the game I'm disappointed in you." The voice sounded distorted and patchy.

"You think this is a game!" Don yells and attacks the demon before it had time to say anything else. "Mr.Zee, Shiro! Burn them!" Don yells.

Zee opened the bag and lit a match throwing it in the bag.
The bone cracked letting a black smoke out of them that sank into the ground dissapearing.

"Damn you kid!" The demon screams as it disappeared.

"Thank you Shiro, Zee. You've done my family a great deed. Please travel safe and take this book with you. I hope it'll help you more than my family and don't sign contracts with demons. Magic is a dangerous. Goodbye." Don disappears and leaves behind a red leathered book where he used to stand.

"Magic huh? Never in my life would i have guessed it still existed. Let's get going Shadow an Mist are already set Up. The quicker we put this place behind us the better." Zee says with a shiver.

I grab the ashes of Don and bury them next to three grave tombs. Picking some near by flowers I place one on each grave and follow behind Zee.

"How did you know that kid? That the house was haunted and that everyone was a ghost?" Zee asks after we got a few miles away.

"Well i didnt at first but the first clue was when Mist was nervous with Jax. Horses are sensitive to spirits and ghost.
Secondly Sid' s behavior, how he looked at me made me uncomfortable like he was looking right through me. And when everyone was walking they made no sound. When I say that demon in the room it frightened me very badly and when you went inside after giving me my medicine Don showed up and explained a few things along with Mrs.Ann. She apologized for everything but there was nothing she could do. I decided to help so when I heard that screaming noise I went to help and the rest you know." I explain as clearly as I could but my heart was still racing and my breathing still wasn't regular yet.

"Hell kid." Zee says baffled.

"I know I'm sorry but i couldn't stand back when i knew I could help." I says a bit dejected.

"You did the right thing Shiro I'm proud but next time you feel like something is off please tell me" Zee says in a joking
