"Yo, what's wrong with Kaitlyn?" I asked Allison. She looked at me, shrugging her shoulders. I glanced at Kaitlyn, looking out at the horizon. I got up and walked towards her,
"Kaitl-" she took off to the truck. She drove off into the forest, everyone got mad. I followed her her. Allison and Josh played Tic-Tac-Toe while I was gone. Donny sparred with a tree.

I found the truck abandoned in the middle of the trail. I heard sobbing.
"Kaitlyn?" I thought running towards the noise. I found her in tears, I sat next to her, rubbing her back. She put her head on my shoulder and kept crying.
"I don't want to go back to my stupid boyfriend! He's been a douche to me lately! I don't like it!" cried Kaitlyn.
"Then don't." I answered looking up, "Don't go back, live on your own, your join me, we can just roam together around the country." Kaitlyn looked up at me, like I'm crazy. She wiped the tears off her face.
"But he'll kill- ' No he won't."' I interrupted her, "Not on my watch." She starred at me. She smiled and got up. We went back to the campsite. Donny tackled me down and Kaitlyn, a gun was fired. I looked up, looked around, checking who fired. Wilbert was standing over me, pointing a gun at me, 
"Move and you'll get it," he threatened, "thinking you can steal Kaitlyn away from me? Dead wrong Cleadous!"

Kaitlyn got up and walked towards Wilbert, her head was down: she was shaking uncontrollably. She was frighten. Wilbert waled behind her, pointing the gun at the rest of us. Allison, Josh, Donny, and my best friend all just stared, scared. Kaitlyn got into Wilbert's BMW, he looked back, staring everyone down.
"Yo!" U yelled getting up and running.
"I warned you." he replied shooting at me. I took cover. He came walking towards me. I tackled him when he got closer to me. We wrestled around on the ground,
"Get Kaitlyn and find cover!" I yelled punching Wilbert in the face.

Everyone got up. Donny went to get Kaitlyn and his behind a bush. Wilbert pointed the gun towards Allison, I stepped in front when he pulled the trigger. Allison looked back, she screamed. Donny and Kaitlyn jumped out of the bush, Donny ran at Wilbert, kneeing his face. Josh ran towards me, he covered the bullet hole in my shoulder. Kaitlyn ran towards me too, helping to sit me up.
"Are you okay!" she yelled crying out.
"Yeah I'm fine," I answered.
"Allison call 911!" demanded Josh trying to stop the bleeding.
"Okay," she walked off and dialed 911.
Wilbert kicked Donny off of him. He punched Donny down and kicked his side really hard. Wilbert picked him up, he stared at Donny,
"Punk." whispered Wilbert. Kaitlyn stepped in between both  of them. I tried to get up but Josh held me down. I signaled Norman, my best friend, to go over there. Wilbert slapped Kaitlyn. Norman punched him to the ground and helped Kaitlyn and Donny back near everyone else.

"The ambulance is on its way!" shouted Allison running back towards us. Wilbert picked his gun up and pointed it towards Kaitlyn. I got up quickly, he fired three more bullets. I took all three, but one went straight through me and hit Kaitlyn in her side. I looked back, blood dripped from her side, she fell to the ground. I did the same. I looked up, all I saw was light. All I see was blood. Before I closed my eyes, I say people rushing over to Kaitlyn and picking her up. I raised my hand, tears fell down my cheek.
"No! Kaitlyn! Leave her alone!" I thought to myself crying. I passed out as I was picked up and put into the back of the ambulance truck.

Wilbert was gone when the ambulance came. And the cops. I woke up in the ambulance, hooked up to tubes and wires. I heard mumblings, I heard Kaitlyn's name three times before passing out again. We arrived to St. Astrid Hospital, me and Kaitlyn were rushed to the emergency room.
"Quickly before we lose her!" is all I heard down the hall from Kaitlyn's room. I cried in my head,
"Kaitlyn!" I thought in my head before passing out again.
