It was late this one night
When the most beautiful angel appeared 
A bright light pierced my eyes 
And it grew brighter as she neared 
She spread her arms wide open 
slowly we embraced
And when she softly kissed my lips
I clearly saw her face 

She looked so much like you!!

In my mind I thought that it just couldn’t be
But I knew you were this angel 
That now stood in front of me
I felt your love around me 
I felt your love within 
If this was all some sort of dream
Please God don’t let it end
“I’ve missed you so much 
I’m so glad that you’re here “
“I just came by” ,she replied,
“To drop off this tear”
Slowly a teardrop broke away from her eye
I begged her”Don’t leave”!
As she whispered “Goodbye”
Arms empty, heartbroken I stared into the night 
And watched as she vanished into the pale moonlight.....forever
