Please dare to dream like me

What are we doing to this earth ?
This is our home , our place of birth.
We share this planet with creatures great and small ,
So the decisions we take should benefit all .
Its not complicated ,its plain to see ,
Stop hunting gods creatures needlessly , 
We kill off species so they live no more.
Is that really what we were put on earth for ?
We desecrate gods land and pollute his seas ,
We poison the air and we chop down trees ,
some of us can't even treat fellow humans right , 
and this for me is an upsetting sight .
we see a homeless man begging in the street ,
some turn away and quicken their feet, 
I yearn for the day when the penny will drop ,
The day humans realise this has to stop ,
Some will say its impossible , or simply too hard,
But humans changing for the better starts in our own backyard .
One day I hope all gods creatures live in perfect harmony,.
whoever is reading this,please dare to dream like me .
